Click SMS was formed in 2002 and developed by a small team of ex mobile telecoms professionals (business and technical), bringing together years of accumulated knowledge of the mobile communications industry - with the aim of providing first class and dependable business SMS services and solutions.

10 years on and Click SMS is firmly established as a leading SMS service provider in the UK. Our ethos remains the same – to provide SMS solutions that are genuinely useful and represent great value, to make our customers feel good about the service they are receiving and to continually strive to improve and develop new SMS solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

We have many customers (large and small organisations) who have used our services for many years and are a testament to our dedication to maintaining high standards.

Security and reliability

The Click SMS messaging platform connects using the mobile industry standard SMPP protocol into the UK’s largest tier 1 aggregator, with messages routed through UK mobile operator networks - providing high throughput, reliability and fast delivery.

Our messaging platform servers are hosted by UKFast. The reliability of their hosting infrastructure, backed up by a knowledgeable and helpful support team, has proven to be key in delivering the mission critical hosting we required.

Our servers have been hardened and secured using our own in-house technical expertise. Click SMS is compliant with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) scan validation requirements, as awarded by Security Metrics, who act on behalf of the HSBC.

No payment card details are held on our servers. All payment data entered for SMS top-ups is passed securely through to our payment provider, Sage Pay, who then handle the transaction authorisation process with the payment card issuing bank.

Information sent to Click SMS remains the property of the account holder. Any information such as your name, address, email and contact details that we collect from you is used only for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer support and providing you with information in response to your queries or keeping you informed of any new services we may have to offer.

Information you entrust with us will at no time be made available to a third party without your full consent, except where Click SMS are legally required by law to do so.

Text messages sent via the web based SMS service are transmitted using 256 bit high grade encryption to ensure your data issecure and your privacy maintained. Secure encrypted connectivity is also available when submitting SMS messages via our messaging gateway.
